The new polyurethane (PU) vibration and sound insulation mat is made of high-quality polyurethane with an integrated molding process. It has a dense surface and integrates the advantages of moisture resistance, heat preservation, anti-aging and corrosion resistance. Relying on its high elasticity and damping properties, it achieves dual effects of vibration reduction and sound insulation, making it an optimal material for noise control. The product meets the B1 fire rating standard, contains no heavy metals, harmful flame retardants or formaldehyde odors, and is environmentally friendly and safe.

With a microporous structure design, the product features high-efficiency sound insulation: the impact sound insulation improvement is 19dB for 3mm thickness and 23dB for 5mm thickness, which is 40% higher than other materials. It can effectively block sound transmission and reduce noise troubles. The material is environmentally friendly and dust-free, anti-aging and moisture-proof, creep-resistant and fatigue-resistant, with a service life of more than 50 years, and it will not collapse or attenuate under long-term load.

The product is easy to construct, can be cut and spliced arbitrarily, and is suitable for various base courses and house types. The surface can be directly paved with decorative layers, saving space and construction period. It is widely used in residential buildings, hotels, machine rooms and other scenarios, which can solve neighborhood noise, isolate equipment vibration and create a quiet and comfortable environment.

1. When cleaning the base surface, it is necessary to ensure that the base surface is flat, free of sharp objects and protrusions. If the ground flatness is poor, cement mortar should be used to level it before laying the sound insulation pad.

2. Lay sound insulation pads. The joint can be connected by overlapping or flat joint, and the overlapping width cannot be less than 50mm. For flat joint, the joint must be firmly glued with special glue. Seal and cover the joint with tape to prevent cement from entering the joint and causing sound bridges.

3. Fold up the edges of the soundproof pad around the walls, leaving a height of 2-3 times the thickness of the floating layer, and stick it to the wall with adhesive dots. The folded joint should also be tightly glued with tape to prevent the occurrence of rigid connections.

4. According to different ground requirements, lay tiles, floors, and other decorative displays.
